Stoma CareHospices of Hope work with their partner Hospice Angelus in Moldova where they are currently treating more than 500 patients with donations sent out from the UK. These materials are of enormous value to the hospice as there is no state stoma care provision, and the materials themselves are far too expensive for the ordinary person to buy. Hospice Angelus provides them free of charge on the basis of need alone. We have sent far more to date in 2011 than in previous years and as a consequence, we have used our shipping budget. Whilst we are able to pick up donations, unfortunately, the areas where we do this are restricted to Kent, Central London, Edinburgh, Surrey or Sussex.
