Did you know that 92% of people in this region can’t access the specialist care they need? With your help, we can make a change. Raising or donating just £20 could pay for a week’s worth of meals for a patient at a hospice day-centre.

Every tea party, bake sale, and coffee morning can make a big impact. Whether you’re catching up with friends, inviting neighbours over, or planning a bake sale at work or school, we’re here to support you every step of the way! Let’s make your event a success and raise vital funds for those in need.

Choose a date and location: Now that summer is here, enjoy a ‘brew-tiful’ day hosting a tea party inside or outside!

Plan your event: It’s time to let everyone know about your tea party and to start planning the details! Think about which delicious treats you’ll serve to your lucky guests. Why not plan some fundraising activities for the day too? You could organise a raffle, or ask people to guess the weight of the cake – the winner gets to take it home!

On the day: Enjoy your event! Do remember to have a float available for anyone that would like to donate cash, and have a link to your fundraising page to hand. Take lots of pictures and share them with us. Tag us on social media @hospicesofhope

Donate and celebrate! Congratulations! Now it’s time to celebrate your success by thanking your guests and paying in your donations. We’ll then send you a thank you certificate highlighting the amazing amount you’ve raised and the incredible impact it will have.
