This year marks 35 years of Hospices of Hope, a journey that began with a simple but powerful belief: that everyone deserves to live and die with dignity and without pain, no matter where they live.
What started as pioneering support for hospice care in Romania has grown into a network of partnerships across six countries in South and East Europe, reaching thousands of patients and families each year. Along the way, we have helped establish and develop new hospice and palliative care services in countries including Serbia, Moldova and Ukraine, often where no such care existed before.
As we celebrate this anniversary year, we look back with gratitude and look ahead with hope, knowing there is still much more to do, and deeply thankful to everyone who continues to walk this journey with us.
